POSTPARTUM DOULA CERTIFICATION
Learn how to be the person all new moms need but don't often have:
A mom-first approach to postpartum care. Maternal recovery, hormonal shifts, cesarean healing, pelvic floor awareness, sleep deprivation, and sustainable strategies for the fourth trimester. The focus starts with her.
Infant feeding support. Breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, bottle feeding, positioning, latch troubleshooting, and guiding families through feeding challenges without judgement.

I’ve spent the last 8+ years in the trenches of birthwork.
But my real education didn’t happen in training, it happened on a hospital bed during my son’s birth in 2021. Despite being a doula with years of experience, I was completely bulldozed by the system.
I realized then that if I could be silenced (a very passionate & sometimes sassy doula btw) the industry wasn’t just lacking.. it was failing women who were coming into this work expecting twinkle lights & vibes, but getting met with pushback & coercion.
